We hope you find everything you need, but if not, do feel free to send a message on Class Dojo.
Mr Gilbertson is our class teacher, Mrs Unsworth and Miss Gorman are the teaching assistants working with us throughout the week.
Mrs Hurst teaches us our music and Miss Hynes teaches us our Modern Foreign Languages on a Tuesday afternoon, and Mr Willock teaches us PE on a Thursday morning.
Spellings are sent home on a Monday and should be practised on a daily basis, ready for our spelling test on Fridays. There will also be a weekly multiplication test on a Friday.
Each week, children need to have completed at least three Reading Plus activities before Monday. We also encourage children to read at home from a book for their own pleasure and enjoyment. This can then be signed, by a parent or guardian, in the child's diary and will be rewarded with dojos!
Children should also aim to have scored at least 500 points on Mathletics, which can be achieved through either assigned activities or through tasks the children have chosen themselves.
PE lessons are on a Thursday, so please make sure your child comes into school wearing their PE kit and has a full water bottle.
For the second half of each term the children will have Dance lessons on a Monday afternoon, so children should wear PE kits on these Mondays too.
